Background
Discovered being used at a Hoch Hochheim seminar. Surprisingly effective as a training tool:
Rubber bands give a good visual since they are easy for all to see.
Easy to tell when you've been shot; you see the band contact you.
Easy to find the bands and reload.
Less chance off eye injury.

Pellet guns have limited results:
Inexpensive pellet guns break easily.
Pellets are hard to see during firing and roll all over the floor.
Low end guns are single shot which limits realistic training.
Eye injury is very possible by small high speed pellet.

Solid plastic guns are fine for disarm drills but have no way of replicating a shot being fired.
Loading Instructions
Bands should be laid neatly on top of each other with no crossing between the tip and the starwheel.
Load up to 11 bands.
Load first band. Hold starwheel stationary with one hand while pulling trigger. Once trigger is pulled, rotate starwheel backwards 1 notch and release trigger. Repeat for each band.

Safety Instructions
Wear goggles for eye protection. Normal safety glasses may still allow rubber band to contact eyes.
Do not aim towards face.
